All of a sudden, I found myself thinking of sociologically when I was watching the movie Forrest Gump. Tn this movie when they are in the century 1960 they have a lot of hippies. Hippies don't really listen to what "the man" has to say. This movie really show what they did and how that acted to people.These hippies made there own way of life. And nobody really accepted them. This is called a counterculture.

This is interesting to read especially since I saw Hair this weekend :) Great example of a counterculture as hippies essentially rejected everything about American culture and created their own rules within our society.
